Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened and unused products only.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Product Use & Safety
- Please read all directions, ingredient lists, and warnings thoroughly before use.
- Perform a patch test prior to first use to check for any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions — use at your own discretion and with caution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Silk Tech Treatment Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 USD.

Results & Touch-Ups
- We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
- If you are unhappy with your results, you may return within 30 days for a complimentary touch-up. After 30 days, the full treatment price will apply.

Preparation for Appointment
- Please arrive with clean, dry hair, free of heavy styling products.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling with a cancellation fee applied.

Aftercare
- Follow all provided aftercare instructions to maintain your results.
- Failure to follow aftercare may affect the longevity of your treatment and is not the responsibility of the stylist.

Contraindications
- It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or prior hair treatments before their appointment.
