Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within this 24-hour window will incur a non-refundable $50.00 USD fee.
Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals past 10 minutes will incur an automatic $50.00 late fee. Arrivals past 15 minutes may require rescheduling to protect the stylist's schedule, in which case the cancellation fee will apply.
Preparation & Client Responsibilities: Please arrive with clean, dry hair free of heavy products, oils, or spray gels. Clients must disclose all prior chemical services, bleach/color history, allergies, or scalp conditions before starting the service.
Color Alteration Disclaimer: Due to the cortex-penetrating nature of organic smoothing formulas, subtle color lifting or shade shifts may occur on previously colored or bleached hair. Silk Tech™ is not responsible for post-treatment color changes. We advise scheduling any routine hair coloring services after your treatment.
Results & Touch-Ups: Services are non-refundable once completed. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 30 days of your appointment for a evaluation and complimentary touch-up. Requests made after 30 days are subject to standard full-service pricing.
Aftercare Compliance: Maintaining treatment longevity requires adhering to official aftercare guidelines. Silk Tech™ is not responsible for premature fading or texture reversion resulting from improper home maintenance.
Product Purchase Policies
Returns & Exchanges: Unopened and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
Product Use & Safety: Always review all package instructions, ingredients, and safety warnings prior to application. A 24-hour patch test is strongly recommended to screen for sensitivities. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and shipping box for a prompt replacement or resolution.
